TaxStackHub is part of the Stack Network (stacknetwork.ai), a family of AI-powered business tools. Your email address serves as a universal identifier across Stack Network sites. This means your account may connect to other Stack Network products such as TechStackIPO, ComplianceStack, RealEstateStackHub, and LegalStackTools.
You will always be informed when your data is shared within the Stack Network, and you can opt out of cross-site features at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Tracking
TaxStackHub uses a privacy-first analytics system that does not rely on cookies. We use:
- sessionStorage — browser-session-only data, cleared when you close the tab. Not shared with any third party.
- localStorage — stores a random anonymous visitor ID for aggregate analytics. Contains no personal information.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad trackers).
7. Data Retention
- Newsletter emails — retained until you unsubscribe
- Premium report data — retained for 12 months after purchase for re-access
- Analytics events — aggregated, anonymized, and retained indefinitely for product improvement
- Tool session inputs — cleared when your browser session ends (not stored server-side)

- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy
- OpenAI — AI generation for tool outputs. Inputs processed per OpenAI's Privacy Policy
