Our philosophy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how refunds work — no fine print, no runaround.
1. What's Covered
This policy applies to all paid products on TaxStackHub, including:
- Premium Tax Optimization Reports ($39 per report)
- Any future paid tools, reports, or subscriptions offered through TaxStackHub
Free tools (SE Tax Calculator, Expense Policy Generator, etc.) are free and do not require a refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility

| Changed your mind after viewing | No refund | Once digital content is accessed, it cannot be "returned" |
3. The 7-Day Window
If you purchased a premium report and have not yet viewed or downloaded it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After 7 days — or after you view/download the report — the purchase is considered final.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@taxstackhub.ai with:
- The email address used for purchase
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason (helps us improve)
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. Technical Issues
If your report failed to generate due to a technical issue on our end:
- You will receive an automatic refund if the system detects the failure
- If you were charged but didn't receive your report, email us — we'll either regenerate your report or issue a full refund, your choice
6. Chargebacks
We'd rather work it out directly. If you have an issue, please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both parties time and money — and we're responsive.
7. Future Products
If we introduce subscriptions or recurring billing in the future, the refund terms for those products will be published separately. This policy will be updated accordingly.
